The deadline for exchanges and returns is 15 days.

Exceptionally, we apply the deadline for exchanges and returns of orders from November 23 to January 15.

In the case of returns from outside Spain peninsula you must send it on your own with the transport company of your choice, these expenses are not refundable in any case.

Whether it is for an exchange or a return you must send us an email to putting in the subject your order number and telling us what you want (exchange or return) and the reason (for example too big or too small size). We will respond within 24 hours (not taking into account weekends and holidays, this period may be increased in holiday periods or busy periods such as August, Black Friday or Christmas).

In the case of a return once we receive the garment you have returned in our facilities (this is usually 24-48 hours after collection) we proceed to issue the refund of the garment. In the case of having paid by Paypal or Amazon Pay the refund is reflected immediately in your account, in the case of having paid by credit card it usually takes a couple of business days. The shipping costs of the original order, if any, in any case are not refundable because it is an expense outside Arizona Vintage.

All exchanges or returns coming from a destination with customs (e.g. Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla) must always be sent with customs charges paid, Arizona Vintage will not assume customs charges in any case.
