Returns

You have a period of 20 days from the day you received the order to exchange or return it.

In case you want to make an exchange or a return, you must send the order to us at:

 in its original packaging and with the original labels. As soon as we receive it, we will proceed to refund the amount of the returned products. The refund will be the amount of the order minus the shipping costs, as they are external to Arizona Vintage.

The refund will be received in the payment method used for the purchase. In the case of payment with a credit card, remember that your bank will not reflect it in your current account until the next settlement.

In the exceptional case that you receive an item damaged or in bad condition, it is essential that you send us an email to: hello@arizonavintage.com.

All exchanges or returns that come from a destination with customs must always be sent with the customs expenses paid, Arizona Vintage will not assume customs expenses in any case.
